The linear contoured site majorly helped in moulding the design of this house. Pushing beyond convention this split level residence helps in separating the guest and family area. We enter the mid level of the house which consists of the common spaces, while the private areas are accessible by a few stairs. The courtyard designed in the middle connects the different spaces giving it a feel of a single storied house. Exterior designed with a flavour of local architectural style following a minimalistic  design.
