As the plot faces an apartment building, the core focus in this project was to design a plan that maximises privacy without compromising on the modern, active lifestyle needs of the client. Our design addresses this with tall, double height common living spaces extending into a courtyard on the the rear side of the plot, as well as movable metal screens to preserve the privacy of the plunge pool and party deck on the apartment-facing side.
